SHIPPING

~We will use the address you input at checkout unless otherwise noted. We are not responsible for incorrect address input.
All U.S. shipments are sent USPS First Class Mail with tracking number & insurance. All INTERNATIONAL shipping is sent First Class. Many countries do not offer tracking but on occasion packages can be tracked depending on that countries system. 

~We are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands and are left to USPS. If you would like added insurance on your order please contact us. If your order does become lost in the shipping process, it will be your responsibility to contact USPS. We will do what we can to help, but ultimately it is your responsibility. 

~Your order will be shipped once payment has cleared. With made to order items, please contact us about turn around time. Orders are processed in the order they are received. You will get a notification from us once your purchase is on its way.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Domestic Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation and will be insured.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class. The number you will receive in your shipping notification is not a tracking number although some countries might use it as one. Insurance is also included with most international shipments . We cannot be held responsible for stolen packages, damages occurring during the shipping process, undelivered items or custom fees. You are responsible for knowing and paying your countries custom fees. We are not responsible for this. We will not accept packages that were refused due to custom charges. We take extra care when packaging international orders so your items remain safe during their journey. International orders may take anywhere from 2-6 weeks and sometimes longer depending on your countries custom laws. We in no way have any control over this. If you would like to see proof of shipment we would be happy to provide you with that:)
Please do not ask us to mark your item as "gift" or a lower value amount. This is illegal and we can be heavily fined for this. 

-The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.

-Prices and shipping fees do not include brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
